Payments & Fees
We’ll send you a quote or invoice before starting paid work.
Pay on time. Late payments may pause or stop services.
Refunds are up to us—ask in writing and we’ll consider it.
No Guarantees
We aim to give solid advice and results, but we don’t promise specific outcomes (like a certain number of followers or revenue).
Everything is provided “as is” without any warranties.
Limitation of Liability
We’re not responsible for indirect or unexpected damages (like lost profits, data, or downtime).
Our total liability won’t exceed what you paid us in the last three months.
Termination
Either you or we can stop services at any time.
If we terminate, you’ll only owe us for work already done.

Sometimes we link to or integrate outside services (like social platforms or analytics tools). We’re not responsible for how those work or their policies.
